It’s from the Hellboy comics! Specifically the “Conqueror Worm” book. The guy in the icon is a bad guy, a Nazi head-in-a-jar like from old scifi pulp fiction, flying off just after zapping a tentacle coming from a really big worm. (Of the conquering variety.)
